This program will discuss various aspects of preparing agendas and transcribing meeting minutes in an accurate, unbiased and timely manner. Examples of "dos" and "don'ts" will be provided. Protection of peer review minutes as provided by the Healthcare Quality Improvement Act and state law will be discussed as will the importance of developing record retention and access policies.
